System Audits

The first step in bringing a new client on-board is to understand what systems are currently in place. This is achieved by conducting an on-site audit. The audit covers everything from hardware inventory and warranty status through to server and network configuration. Special attention is paid to backups, power protection, anti virus systems and other security aspects.

The resulting audit document achieves the following:

  1. Provides a network diagram and written description of the current installation.
  2. Outlines areas that are of concern and reasons why.
  3. Provides recommendations to address the problems.


An audit can be performed as a "one off" service as well, after an audit is complete you are under no obligation to continue using our services and during an audit we DO NOT change any passwords or settings that may cause problems for your current support staff.
